Leadership Gathering in Pavia, Italy

In January 2025, we convened our annual workshop at the University of Pavia (January 20-23), bringing together 2024 Prize winners, 2025 TLML participants, and the University community for four days of celebration, mentorship launch, and interactive programming. The workshop featured the formal Prize celebration at historic Volta Hall, intensive mentoring sessions for the new TLML cohort, and innovative interactive experiences including “Promethean Trial”—an original theatrical exercise where participants judged the moral responsibility of engineers whose AI destroyed a town—and “Visions of 2035,” exploring the leadership needed to shape our collective future. This integrated format demonstrates the Foundation’s evolution from separate programmatic activities to a cohesive platform for nurturing values-driven global leadership.
