Katherine Milligan

Named a “Top 100 Women in Social Entrepreneurship” by the Euclid Network, Katherine is a recognized thought leader and advisor on social entrepreneurship, systems change strategies, and leadership. She teaches courses on social entrepreneurship and systems thinking at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, the University of Geneva, and Dartmouth College and is affiliated with many innovation and entrepreneurship networks, including as a founding member of the Geneva Innovation Movement, an elea Fellow at IMD, and a member of the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network. Previously, she was the Executive Director of the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, the sister organization of the World Economic Forum. Her co-authored article The Relational Work of Systems Change was Stanford Social Innovation Review’s #1 most-read article of 2022.
