Shana Fatina is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur dedicated to sustainability and community empowerment. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Indonesia, she has established herself as a leader in renewable energy, water innovation, and sustainable tourism. In 2010, she founded Tinamitra Nusantara Group, a social enterprise focused on carbon reduction and improving access to clean energy and water for underserved communities.
Her impactful work as President Director of Labuan Bajo Flores Tourism Authority (2019-2024) helped transform the region into a world-renowned sustainable tourism destination, hosting major international events, including G20 side events in 2022 and the ASEAN Summit in 2023. Recognized with numerous awards such as the SDGs Action Awards 2024 and Inspiring Young Leader AvanTI Award 2023, Shana’s leadership exemplifies her commitment to building a balanced and resilient ecosystem that integrates economic growth, environmental stewardship, and social well-being.
