They embody courage, creativity, persistence, and a deep commitment to universal values — and above all, the belief that today’s global challenges demand global solutions.
Over the next year, mentees will work one-on-one with accomplished global mentors from the Tällberg network to deepen their leadership and impact.

🌍 Welcoming the Tällberg Leaders Mentoring Leaders Class of 2026!
We’re delighted to present 15 outstanding emerging leaders from 13 countries — chosen from an incredible pool of more than 400 applicants representing 96 nations — as members of the 2026 TLML cohort.
These leaders stand out for their courage, imagination, persistence, and unwavering commitment to values-based leadership. They represent a wide spectrum of fields — from climate action and technology to health and human rights — united by one conviction: solving global challenges requires global collaboration.
Throughout the coming year, each mentee will work closely with an experienced global leader from the Tällberg Foundation’s international network. Together, they will delve into vital questions of leadership, ethics, purpose, and impact, strengthening their capacity to lead positive transformation in an increasingly complex world.
