I’m an architect, co-founder and director of Instituto Elos, a nonprofit organization based in Santos, Brasil that is dedicated to train and stimulate young leaders and communities for cooperative action supporting them to activate and to strength their own potential to make a change and transform their realities oriented by the dreams they have in common.
At Elos I’ve co-created the international program GSA – Guerreiros Sem Armas and the the social technology Oasis Game. Besides that I’ve been working internationally as a consultant and speaker on social change, participatory leadership and community mobilization in multicultural contexts.
Over the last 20 years I’ve been focused on design and facilitating methods and process for collective learning for personal and social transformation. I’ve been doing this working both with social, private and public sectors in Brazil and abroad in countries like Bolivia, Curaçao, England, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
