Lala Lovera, Venezuela/Colombia, is a social development leader focused on migration, vulnerable children, and food security. As founder and leader of Fundación Comparte Por Una Vida, Colombia, she works to end the cycle of malnourishment among families affected by migration across multiple Colombian cities. Previously, she spent over seven years at Casa de la Madre y El Niño Foundation in Bogotá, coordinating programs to restore rights for children in Colombia’s protection system, with a focus on adoption and maternal support. She serves on boards of directors for non-profit organizations and is actively involved in multidisciplinary advisory teams across NGOs, academia, and public and private sectors. She participates regularly in forums and panels on philanthropy, migration, and vulnerable populations. Lala holds a degree in Education from Caracas, Venezuela, and a specialization in Social Management, with extensive studies in International Cooperation and Corporate Social Responsibility. She has lived in Colombia for more than 11 years.
