Blanche Voorneman is Director at MIRCURY, where she leads cross-sector initiatives that foster trust, inclusive dialogue, and innovative responses to complex conflicts.
A former diplomat, her work spans diplomacy, conflict transformation, and systems change. Prior to joining MIRCURY, she spent nearly a decade at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, leading multilateral negotiations at the UN and EU and working across Latin America, South Africa, and conflict-affected regions on human rights and governance reform.
Blanche is also a BMW Foundation Responsible Leader, committed to advancing inclusive and systemic change through values-based leadership. Blanche holds MSc degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam.
