As CEO of Teach For Nigeria (TFN), she drives strategic growth, revenue expansion, and sustained impact to tackle education inequality and ensure access to quality education for all Nigerian children, Molade leverages her expertise in business development, operations, and fundraising.

A registered pharmacist, Molade holds a postgraduate diploma in Strategic Management & Marketing from Kings College, University of London, and completed the Senior Management Program at Lagos Business School. Recognized as a 2021 Perennial Leadership Fellow and 2021 West Africa Acumen Fellow, Molade serves on various boards, including Alpha Nigeria and Serving With Love Foundation.
