Laila Berchane is a driven entrepreneur, dedicated STEM advocate, and agent of change. As the co-founder of Robots & More, she has led groundbreaking STEM education initiatives, earning accolades for her impact on young learners. Laila’s commitment to STEM education extends to her NGO, LOOP For Science & Technology, where she establishes robotics clubs in underserved communities, providing access to crucial skills and opportunities.

An alumna of the US Department of State’s IVLP program “Advancing Women in STEM” and Obama Leader 2024, she also serves as a judge and referee in international robotics competitions, motivating young learners worldwide. Before her entrepreneurial journey, Laila honed her analytical skills as a management control manager, evaluating investment projects in diverse sectors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a master’s degree in Management Control.
