Daniel Kang’s mission is fair access to capital and opportunities. Currently, he’s advancing that mission as a founder of a startup backed by Y-Combinator raising over $3 million. He’s further advancing his mission with his book The Super Upside Factor with Wiley & Sons to generate outsized returns in life decisions to be released in March 2025. Previously, Daniel was a growth equity investor at Softbank Vision Fund in both London and Silicon Valley, and formally sat on the board (observer) of Auto1, a publicly-traded company in Berlin. Daniel formally studied policy at University of Oxford and finance at McGill University. In his downtime, Daniel enjoys spending time with family, drinking coffee, writing pop music, and flying as a pilot.
