Cecilia manages the day to day operations of the Tällberg Foundation. She has worked with Tällberg since 2004 with implementing learning journeys, workshops and coordinating the daily operations. Prior to joining the Tällberg Foundation, Cecilia was a network manager for Skandia Assurance and Financial Services Open Business Xchange, a competence center focused on improving the exchange of knowledge across its global entities. Cecilia currently serves as the chairman of the boards for the Swedish-based non-profit organizations Berättarministeriet, the Raoul Wallenberg Academy for Young Leaders and LärOlika.
