Gaurav is the Founder and CEO of Dharmalife, a social enterprise dedicated to improving the quality of life in rural India through a women-led entrepreneurship model. Since 2009, Dharmalife has empowered over 25,000 women entrepreneurs impacting 17.5 million people across 45,000 villages in 15 states. The enterprise focuses on energy access, climate change, gender equality, health, hygiene, and livelihoods, aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Prior to founding Dharmalife, Gaurav worked in private equity and investment banking. He holds a BA from the European Business School, London, and an MBA from London Business School.
