Aline Telles Coelho is a scientist, educator, and graduate of Harvard University’s Power, Innovation, and Leadership and Leadership for System Change: Delivering Social Impact at Scale programs (USA | 2025). She is the founder and Executive Director of Fundo Agbara, the first fund led by Black women in Brazil.
Aline was awarded the Folha de São Paulo Social Entrepreneur Award (2023), recognized as one of the 100 Innovative Women by Época Negócios, winner of the Black Women Give Back Award (2023 | USA), and a finalist for the AVON/UOL Inspiradoras Award (2023).
In 2025, she was named one of the 50 Most Influential People of African Descent in Philanthropy and Social Impact by MIPAD/UN and was recognized among the 50 leaders of the Santander SW50 program, which highlights individuals driving social transformation in Brazil.
Also in 2025, she received the TIAW World of Difference Award, was selected as a Tallberg Foundation Fellow, granted the Adinkra Fellowship (2026), and featured in the 40 Under 40 list.
Aline serves on the advisory boards of Clarice, Conselheira 101, Ashoka, and Rede Lemann, and is a fellow of the Skoll Foundation, the Folha de São Paulo Leaders Network, and the Schwab Foundation.
