Previously, Mr. Stoga was senior adviser and managing director of Kissinger Associates; founded a strategic communications company and a private equity firm; was a member of the board of Alliance Capital’s international mutual fund complex; served as chief economist for the Bipartisan National Commission on Central America, created by President Reagan; established and managed the country risk management activities for the First National Bank of Chicago; and served as an international economist in the U.S. Treasury.

Mr. Stoga is a member of the board of the SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University, having served in board and leadership capacities for a wide variety of not-for-profit organizations, with a particular focus on Latin America. He is a long-term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and has economics and international relations degrees from Michigan State and Yale University, respectively.

Tom has served as global head of Learning and Organisation Effectiveness for Unilever and ABN Amro Bank; project leader/adviser on planning and learning in companies such as Shell, Compass Group, Fortis, Marakon and BUPA and others. He has created and co-designed business transformation and learning vehicles such as Cambridge Energy Research Associates, Center for Strategy Research, Leading Ventures and Common Purpose Netherlands.

Tom has also led the Tällberg Leader Program since 2006.

His work has involved him as a designer and catalyst in hundreds of projects and board retreats across many cultures. He works with people who wish to engage with complexity and want to learn how to move between and across different perspectives. The approach helps to integrate experience and anticipate challenges. His work encourages leaders to be present and mindful of their personal impact while sustaining a perspective on their legacy in the wider world.

Tom also lectures on the Corporate Supervisory Board program at Nyenrode Business University and he is the former co-director of the Cambridge Judge Business School executive development program on ‘Futures Thinking’. Previously, he served a five year assignment as academic lecturer and research fellow at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he was co-director of the program on Business Alliances and wrote award-winning case studies and peer-reviewed articles/book chapters on strategy, and organisation innovation through network collaboration.

Currently, Tom is also a board member of the International Bateson Institute and a senior advisory board member of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values.

Helena is currently deputy CEO of MiL Institute. Before that, she headed up HR, Communication and Continuous Improvement at Electrolux, BA Europe. Prior to this, Helena was head of People & Culture at Inter IKEA Group, which included being the strategy owner of the IKEA People Strategy; creating, strategizing, and integrating a continued strong people focus across IKEA.

She has a BSc in Business, Marketing and Management from Växjö University/Kansai Gaidai and an MSc in Gestalt in organizations from the University of Derby/Gestalt Academy in Scandinavia.

Bo is active today as advisor to boards of directors and top managers in the fields of business environment analysis, strategic development, innovation and change management, in Sweden and internationally. He lectures and writes frequently on subjects of management and change and is a frequent participant in the public debate on business, social and cultural developments.
