The online registration is divided into two sections:

Confirm your attendance by completing the first section no later than the date indicated in your invitation letter.
You can find your username and password in the invitation letter sent by email.
Personal Information: Insert and/or change contact details and personal information.
Additional personal information: Submit a short biography and photo to be published in the participants’ handbook (deadline 2 May). Also insert emergency contact information.
Participation and Fee: Fees will be charged to the participants. The fees are to be paid directly by credit card to secure your participation. For more information about fees, please read “Participation costs.”
This section includes the hotel booking and if you have your own accommodation you can book your meals separately.
