- Tällberg
offers cognitive/learning processes – The Tällberg Forum, learning journeys, studies,
workshops, studies and systems designs, an ever expanding search for the deeper
understanding of the contexts in which we act. Tällberg is convening leaders to
workshops in locations all over the world.
- Tällberg
is a search organization in the interest of “the whole”. Thus, Tällberg does
not work in any specific stakeholder’s interest.
- Tällberg
is a “think-and-do-tank” that combines analytical foresight – it has repeatedly
been among the first to raise new important questions – and knowledge and
experience in change management – which means it is realistic and mature in its
outlook.
- Tällberg opens
up the doors to the futures in the making by consistently delivering successful
insight-creating processes. This comes from the belief that large-scale change
comes when leaders gain new insights – and act on them. Tällberg has been the birthplace of ideas that have then gone on to
make significant impact.
- Tällberg
builds on a 30-year continuous conversation in search for the risks and
opportunities. More than 6 500 leaders have taken part. This has
placed the Tällberg Foundation at the heart of a growing global network of
progressive leaders and thought-leaders. The network covers over

understand emerging forces and actors shaping the future. It possesses very
strong analytical skills and access to information and insights, as well as the
ability to use the analyses in its projects.
